Established in 2011 by husband and wife team Patrick and Kahoru, Gateaux de Sophie combines traditional French baking heritage with the equally rich Japanese baking tradition to produce cakes and other treats that are simply without rival. Using absolutely no artifical preservatives, flavors or colors and preparing each order as received, we are confident you'll fall in love with all our products and our focused attention to each and every customer.  

Gateaux de Sophie currently operates from a commercial kitchen, similar to those you may have seen on your favorite cooking shows. As a result, all orders are for pickup or delivery only (no eating in). The reduced overhead costs allow us to keep our prices low while maintaining our commitment to using only the highest quality, traditional ingredients available.
